With you buying our courses at Hubnix Patna Institute of Digital Marketing (referenced as “ Patna Institute of Digital Marketing ” “PIDM”, “”, “we”, “us” or “our” hereinafter), we assume you agree to terms and conditions that govern our Refund Policy.

Refund policy: Fee Terms and Conditions (Classroom/Online Training)

1. Applicable Course Fee once paid will not be refunded except when you paid the fee but could not attend any of the courses/classes. If you are dissatisfied with any of our courses after attending the 1st Class of the batch you may raise the refund request. We are pleased to process a refund for your amount, excluding the registration fee as specified in your chosen course plan. However, no any fee refund request is accepted if you raise it after attending the 2nd class of the batch or 2 days of buying the course.

2. Non-refundable Registration Fee: Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Postponement/Rescheduling: In unforeseen circumstances, the institute reserves the right to postpone/reschedule any batch. Please note that any registration fee paid will not be refunded in such cases.

4. Late Fee Penalty: A penalty of 5% per week will be levied on the installment amount for late fee payment after the due date.

5. Clearance of Installments: Failure to clear the due installment within 15 days of the deadline may result in the cancellation of the candidate’s admission.
